YOGA BREATHING : IMMUNITY BUSTER AGAINST VIRAL INFECTION

YOGA BREATHING
Immunity booster against Flu

Breath is life. Enhanced full vital capacity is the indicator of a healthy body and mind. This is a special breathing technique which aims at...
... Enhanced full vital capacity of lungs
.. Improved oxygen distribution to cells
... Protection from viral infection.

Each step consists of 6 medium breath and one deep breath followed by cessation of breath.
Breath stoppage is of two types...
Stoppage after inhalation ( purak kumbhak) and stoppage after exhalation ( rechak kumbhak).
One can easily recognize inhalation and exhalation from the breath sound. Exhalation is active and longer while inhalation is passive and shorter.
First four steps and the last two steps end with rechak kumbhak and rest purak kumbhak.
You have to  practice twice daily for desired result.
After a week one can substitute medium breath to deep breath followed by breath cessation.
In that case number of breaths will reduce and time period extended as per capacity. Improvement assured in a month of regular practice.
